My professional psychic medium friend, who shall remain nameless, once suggested I picture myself surrounded by a mirror aimed outward whenever I felt I needed to ward off the nasty, glum, or impish vibes of others. After a string of unprecedented bad luck in 2006, I decided to design a pendant out of the mirror I had broken in 2005 to wear always...24/7 protection. Sort of a sterling "I'm rubber. You're glue.", if you will. It worked. Life is grand in '007.
